te77 must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. te77 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect and prevent prohibited activities. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited use will be suspended immediately and relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation. te77 will cooperate fully with any lawful request from competent authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active te77 account. te77 strictly prohibits the creation of multiple accounts by the same individual. If te77 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated across those accounts may be voided. If you have forgotten your te77 login credentials, use the password reset function rather than registering a new account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your te77 login credentials at all times. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must notify te77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the support email on the te77 website.

Withdrawal requests on te77 are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal method being available. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad or Rocket are typically processed within standard processing hours. te77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly withdrawals above a certain threshold. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by te77 will be honoured subject to these Terms. In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of a match abandonment, weather delay or other exceptional circumstances beyond te77's control.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all te77 betting markets. Limits vary by sport, market type and event. te77 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Bets placed after the scheduled start of an event — other than designated in-play markets — will be voided by te77 regardless of the outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, te77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the te77 platform, even if te77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. te77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of te77 shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to te77 in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• te77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. te77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• te77 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonus funds resulting from failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits te77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
